Reiki is a gentle healing system where the therapist channels energy through the hands, clearing the energy pathways of the body, optimising the individual’s natural healing

It is carried out through clothing, and involves the placing of hands on specific, non-invasive areas of the body for 3-5 minutes at a time. It has no contraindications so can safely be used on any individual.
